So how did I celebrate New Years?
We played around with long exposure outside of my apartment before and after watching the ball drop on TV. Yes, this is what I’d rather do instead of partying with friends…
We started with simple circles…
Played around with 10 seconds and a delayed flash.
Inspired by the television show Revenge.
Infinity times infinity times infinity times…
So fast you can’t even see him.
Shiny and sparkly.
Tried to spell my name but failed. At least it’s still a pretty shape.
On New Year’s Day we went to Bryant Park for a stroll before the Holiday Shops close on Jan 4.
This is my favorite park in New York City; there’s just so much going on all the time. You can see the empire state building lit up in Christmas colors here.
Yes, it’s still free to ice skate here (you only pay for skate rentals and a lock, but you can bring your own and save money!)
Thought this was a funny picture with the girl in the background… and also really liked the bokeh.
Stopped by Max Brenner’s shop for an Italian thick hot chocolate ($5) + $1 homemade marshmallow.
