We stayed in Three Rivers, which was supposed to be close to the Sequoia entrance, but because of road closures, we had to go all the way around so we ended up taking a long winding detour to Kings Canyon. I threw up when we arrived…
These giant trees were amazing to look at. My cameras could not even capture the full length.
We climbed into the inside of a tree!
We ended up going to Sequoia anyway, after some more long winding roads.
The iconic General Sherman tree, which is estimated to be 2,300 to 2,700 years old.
